ASS MAGIC is a brand of BIKALOT Europe BV. BIKALOT Europe BV is a business in the sports industry that produces, imports and distributes products through our network of retail stores and online. ASS MAGIC is a range of sports cosmetics products.

Export Restriction

The offering on this website is currently only available to clients in countries listed on our Shipping Policy page. Should you be interested in a purchase and your country is not listed here, please contact us for a customized shipping rate on info@bikalot.com

We have taken great care to ensure that the information presented on this website is correct. There may unknowingly be errors or inaccuracies and thus ASS MAGIC is used at your own risk.

ASS MAGIC can not be held responsible for any loss, liability or damages whether these may be direct, indirect or consequential as a result of the use of the ASS MAGIC's website or it’s products.

Warranty’s and Returns

Due to the nature of our products and hygienic considerations, we are unable to accept returns on products which have already been opened.

In other circumstances, we can offer a return for refund which will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please send us an email on info@bikalot.com for further assistance.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over €30 within the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.

You may be liable for import taxes and or duties, local rules in your country will apply.

We use DHL and DPD Laser couriers and can not be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to their not being someone available to receive the package at the delivery address. Tracking information for your order will be sent once the order is dispatched.

Stock availability

Every effort is made to ensure that items displayed on the website are in stock. Should ASS MAGIC not be able to fulfill an order due to being out of stock, a return will be issued to the customer.

Stock availability during specials and promotions is strictly on a ‘while stocks last’ basis.
