Shipping Policy

We ship across Europe and the United Kingdom. Shipping is charged by zone — find your country below to see the rate and the order value at which shipping becomes free.

The free shipping threshold refers to the order value your cart must reach in order to qualify for free shipping. The shipping cost is the rate you will be charged if your order is below that threshold. Rates and thresholds may change without notice; the rate shown at checkout is always the one that applies.

Zone A — Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg

  • Shipping cost: €7.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €40
  • Estimated delivery: 1 working day (Netherlands), 2 – 3 working days (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg)

Zone B — Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain

  • Shipping cost: €14.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €65
  • Estimated delivery: 2 – 3 working days

Zone C — Greece

  • Shipping cost: €17.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €75

Zone D — Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden

  • Shipping cost: €19.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €80
  • Estimated delivery: 2 – 3 working days (Denmark, Sweden)

United Kingdom

  • Shipping cost: £6.50
  • Free shipping on orders over £30
  • Estimated delivery: 2 – 3 working days

UK orders are charged in pounds sterling.

You may be liable for import taxes and or duties, local rules in your country will apply.

Orders will be queued as soon as the transaction has been completed. Any orders placed before 16:00 on a normal working day, will be dispatched on the same day.

We use DHL and DPD Laser couriers and can not be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to their not being someone available to receive the package at the delivery address. Tracking information for your order will be sent once the order is dispatched.
