The Nutrixxion Marathon Trophy Wrap-Up: Thrills, Speed, and Crowning Champions at REMBikE Festival

As the Nutrixxion Marathon Trophy season wrapped up at the REMBikE Festival in Brilon, mountain bike enthusiasts gathered for one last push to shake up the overall standings. In true ASS MAGIC style, the day served up a perfect mix of adrenaline and grit, fueled by a sunny sky and the crisp bite of an autumn morning. The starting line buzzed with excitement at 10 a.m., as riders set out on a challenging course that demanded both endurance and speed.

The course offered a thrilling start, with a lengthy uphill climb that tested the riders’ mettle right from the gun. But for every uphill, there’s a downhill reward – and when it finally came, the riders took full advantage, racing over gravel-packed terrain that set the stage for a high-speed showdown. The men’s middle-distance winner, Philipp Mundiger, displayed some serious power, hitting an impressive average speed of nearly 28 km/h! That’s some pedal-pounding speed on a course that wasn’t exactly your typical Sunday cruise.

The Nutrixxion Marathon Trophy’s competitive season saw its champions emerge on the podium after months of grit, sweat, and strategic riding. The overall titleholders for the short distance were Sibel Dorsic and Jonas Webelhuth. Middle-distance glory went to Sabrina Plaß and Julius Drees, while the long-distance legends crowned were Cemile Trommer and Mathias Frohn.

As the dust settled in Brilon, riders left with memories, pride, and perhaps a few sore muscles – reminders of the hours and effort that went into making this season unforgettable. Until next season, here’s to the champions, the chasers, and everyone who showed up to leave it all on the track.

If your nether regions need some TLC post-race, you know where to turn: ASS MAGIC’s got your back(side) – because every ride deserves a smooth finish.
